Top if Off bartenders are required by Arizona State Laws to verify identification and only serve spirituous liquors to those over 21 years of age. When Top it Off is hired as your service provider, no guests are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages unless they are served by the Top it Off staff. At no time is the staff permitted to consume alcohol while on duty. Soda, supplies, and alcoholic beverages are not unlimited. They are estimated at four beverages per person. Any supplies remaining after the event will belong to Top it Off. The bartender will break down the bar at the close of the event and bag all trash, however is not responsible for disposing of the trash. Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate or the price per package. Holiday rates are subject to change. Additional fees (for the bartender and products) will apply if the event exceeds the original times agreed upon in the contract. Cancellation of the event my result in loss of deposit. Arizona Law requires payment for alcohol at the time of delivery. |
