1. What is Top it Off and what do they provide?

    

Top it Off is a bartending service and a liquor ordering and delivery service.

 

2.  How far in advance to I need to book my event?

 

Try to reserve your date as soon as the event is confirmed.  The more notice, the better.  Two weeks prior would be ideal but please feel free to contact us for last minute events.  We will do everything we can to accommodate you and your event.

 

3.  What areas do you service?

 

We service the greater Phoenix area and surrounding cities but do not hesitate to contact us if you are outside the city.  We will accommodate you the best we can.  Additional travel fees may apply.

 

4.  What is the bartender’s attire?

 

The bartenders will wear a black collared, button up shirt with black dress pants.  If the event has a theme or a costume is requested, that can be arranged.  Additional fees may apply.  All of our bartenders will be dressing in professional attire with no visible tattoos or extravagant piercings.

 

5.  Is there a deposit required?

 

Yes, there is a deposit required.  Half of the event will need to be paid when the event is scheduled and the remaining half is due 3-5 days prior to date of the event.

 

6. What types of payment can you accept?

 

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cash, check, money order, or a cashiers check.

 

7.  Will the bartenders have a tip jar?

 

No, the bartender will not have a tip jar.  There is an automatic 18% gratuity added into the total bill.  If the guest or host choose to tip the bartender in addition to the gratuity, that is acceptable.

 

8.  How soon before the event will the bartender arrive?

 

The bartender will arrive 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to the event.  The hourly rates do not apply until the time the event is scheduled to begin.  There are no additional fees for the bar set up.

 

9.  Are the beers served in cans or bottles?

 

Depending on establishment requirements, glass may not be permitted on the premises in order to prevent injuries and possible damages to the property.  If you have a preference for bottles, please contact your event location and assure bottles are acceptable.  Additional fees may apply for bottles.

 

10. Do you have cocktail servers?

 

Yes, they are available.  Please call for details.
